Insomnia: usually refers to patients or the quality of sleep and daytime does not meet and influent the social function of a subjective experience. According to clinical trials:
1. sleep sneak period: more than 30 minutes to fall asleep;
2. sleep maintenance: more than 2 times the number of nocturnal awakenings or early morning waking;
3. total sleep time less than 6 hours;
